Is ut safe to park in their parking lot with suitcases inside? We are driving from Sjo to La Fortuna. This garden is the midpoint between the two cities. However, I don't want to stop if my car window would be smashed. Don't want my trip to get ruined on Day 1. Please advise. TIA.

Also as there is accommodation alongside you might be able to store your luggage securely at reception, might be worth contacting them in advance to ask.
