Maryland-based company Upper Crust Crest Hill Bakery is voluntarily recalling three types of bread because fragments of glass were found on the top of the bread, according to a report from the FDA.

The recalled bread products were sold by the Upper Crust Bakery in Maryland and were found to be 'topped with glass fragments.'

The products being recalled include multigrain sourdough, whole grain multigrain and ancient grains hoagie roll, according to the FDA.
