Jack Osbourne has broken his silence two weeks after the death of his father, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Jack, 39, shared an emotional tribute to his dad on Instagram late Tuesday night, along with a video montage of moments with Ozzy throughout his entire life.

The Black Sabbath rocker, who was dubbed the Prince of Darkness, died surrounded by his loved ones on July 22 at age 76.

The rocker's son also posted a montage video of scenes throughout his life with his famous dad cued to the sentimental ballad "So Tired."
