Police investigating homicide, vehicle fire on same street in Port Huron
PORT HURON, MI – The Port Huron Police Department is investigating a homicide and vehicle fire that were reported approximately 20 minutes apart early Tuesday morning. Officers responded at 12:13 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, to a vehicle fire in the 3000 block of Vanness Street.

Port Huron police probe fatal shooting, vehicle fire on same street
Port Huron police are investigating a fatal shooting and a vehicle fire that happened early Tuesday minutes apart and about two blocks apart, officials said. Officers were called at about 12:15 a.m. to the 3000 block of Vanness Street for a blaze, authorities said. They arrived and found a vehicle just off the roadway engulfed in flames.
