Protests were held across the country Thursday to oppose what students and professors say are the Trump administration’s threats to academic freedoms. Organized by Indivisible, MoveOn and other groups, organizers claim it’s the largest single-day protest since President Donald Trump entered office.

Demonstrations took place across the country, uniting a myriad of criticisms of the Trump administration under one message: "Hands off!"
