Most of North Texas will remain dry Saturday with partly cloudy skies and highs in the low to mid-80s. A complex of storms developed in the panhandle overnight and is tracking along the Oklahoma border.

JACKSBORO, Texas — Severe storms and tornadoes damaged buildings across multiple North Texas counties Saturday evening. Homes lost their roofs and trees were upturned by storms near Weatherford and Millsap, Texas, overnight. Officials confirmed that several tornadoes touched down in North Texas.

The week starts with plenty of sunshine ahead of a round of strong to severe storms that may bring damaging winds, hail and possible tornadoes to the area.
