A New York man has been arrested and charged with cyberstalking after allegedly sending 'threatening and harassing' voicemail messages to the family of murdered UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities have said.

A New York state man was charged with stalking and harassing loved ones of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities said Wednesday. Shane Daley, 40, was arrested and accused of "sending harassing and threatening voicemail messages to a family member" of Thompson, according to federal prosecutors in Albany.

An upstate N.Y. man is due back in court Thursday for harrassing a relative of Brian Thompson, the UnitedHealthcare CEO allegedly murdered by Luigi Mangione.
