I recently did a challenge that was 100 push ups a day AND 100 pull ups a day for a whole month. It was pretty tough at first, but after about a week of it I felt like I could keep going on autopilot.
Ahhh, that first pull-up feeling. I’d say it took me about two years from knowing what a pull-up was to being able to do one, which sort of just…happened, in September 2020, on my home pull-up bar.
