The Dallas Mavericks got a key update on big man Daniel Gafford ahead of Friday's game on the road vs the Thunder.

Undrafted rookie Ryan Nembhard’s stellar play is quickly earning him respect within the Mavericks organization and opening eyes around the NBA. And Nembhard seemingly is well on his way into forcing the Mavericks into a business decision.

To take it one step further, Nembhard joined Michael Finley and Stephon Marbury as the only rookies in NBA history to have a game of 28 points, 10 assists, and no turnovers since turnovers were tracked as a stat in the 1977-78 season.
