The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall of certain fireworks sold in Pennsylvania due to a risk of serious injury or death from explosion and burn hazards.

The use of "Safe and Sane" fireworks in the city are limited to June 28 through July 4 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10 p.m.
