The Carolina Panthers have reached an agreement to sign former Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Devin Lloyd, per Adam Schefter of ESPN. Lloyd’s deal with Carolina is three years for $45 million.
Per NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo, the Panthers will re-sign cornerback Robert Rochell to a one-year deal. Carolina, just minutes earlier, had also reportedly come to terms on a return for fellow corner and special teams ace Akayleb Evans.
