As the Greenbelt man scratched his $5 Lots of Cash ticket while he was home with his wife, he noticed he matched a winning number, Maryland Lottery officials said in a Feb. 18 news release. That match came with a top prize of $50,000.

Tickets winning $485K and $50K were sold in Little Egg Harbor and Barnegat last week, according to New Jersey Lottery officials.

White won $717,538 after she tried her luck on the Bison Bonanza game. The online game offers tickets starting at 50 cents, and players have to match digital icons to hit the jackpot, McClatchy News reported.

Despite his massive win, the persistent player said he’s “still going to play” lottery games. “I still feel lucky,” the winner told lottery officials. Warren County is about a 50-mile drive northwest from Newark.
