The Bessemer Police Department started investigating a single-vehicle crash on Highway 150 early Wednesday morning.

Officials say the driver of the car was airlifted to ECU Health Medical Center.

According to NC Highway Patrol, before 5 p.m. Monday evening there was a crash near the New Hanover County and Pender County line on Highway 117.
