Lionel Messi and Inter Miami are out of the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup following Wednesday's stunning 3-1 home loss to the Cinderella Vancouver Whitecaps.

In the biggest match in the history of Inter Miami, they were played off the pitch by the Vancouver Whitecaps, who booked a place in the Concacaf Champions Cup final with a 3-1 victory on Wednesday at Chase Stadium.

Sebastian Berhalter, Brian White and Pedro Vite scored for Vancouver, which advanced with a 5-1 aggregate scoreline to face either Cruz Azul or Tigres UNAL in the Champions Cup final on June 1.
