Kelly Osbourne spoke out for the first time since Ozzy Osbourne's death on Thursday, July 24. The rocker and father of six died on Tuesday, July 22, at 76 years old. Kelly shared a poignant line from the Black Sabbath song "Changes,
"He was and will continue to be a rock n roll legend," Cooper said in a statement, hours after Osbourne died on Tuesday.
