In the desktop version of Excel, you also have access to more advanced developer and automation features in the form of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).

Like many previous months, the June release includes a couple of key Copilot features for Excel. In addition, the software giant has also added several handy new Excel features for mobile users.

With this new feature, users can type in Python code in the Excel app. The calculations are then run on a Microsoft cloud server and are returned to the Excel app, with plots and visualizations.
