Shane Daley of Saratoga County was charged with cyberstalking after allegedly threatening the family of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

A New York man was charged with allegedly cyberstalking a family member of the slain former UnitedHealthcare CEO, according to the DOJ.

A New York state man was charged with stalking and harassing loved ones of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities said Wednesday. Shane Daley, 40, was arrested and accused of "sending harassing and threatening voicemail messages to a family member" of Thompson, according to federal prosecutors in Albany.
