South Africa is investigating how a chartered plane carrying more than 150 Palestinians from Gaza landed in Johannesburg without proper travel documents. The plane was held on the tarmac for around 12 hours because passengers did not have correct exit stamps or slips issued by Israeli authorities, officials said.
