A 30-year-old woman critically injured at an Aliamanu New Year’s Eve party when a stockpile of illegal aerials accidentally detonated died this morning.

A sixth person died Wednesday morning after suffering critical injuries at an Aliamanu New Year’s party when a stockpile of illegal aerial fireworks detonated at 12 :01 a.m. in an explosion that also injured dozens.

Honolulu police arrested a 33-year-old mother and a 33-year-old father Friday afternoon in connection with the Jan. 1 Aliamanu fireworks explosion that killed four people and injured dozens of others.
