BOOM, Belgium (AP) — Fans roared in excitement and organizers sighed with relief as the Tomorrowland music festival kicked off Friday — just two days after a massive fire engulfed the main stage and threw one of Europe's biggest summer concert events into doubt.

A fire severely damaged the main stage at Tomorrowland, a major electronic music festival scheduled to begin on Friday in Boom, Belgium, organizers said.

Almost half of all those rounded up by Immigration and Customs Enforcement in June had no criminal convictions and faced no criminal charges, according to new data.
