The legendary rock star, Black Sabbath frontman and reality TV personality died on July 22 at 76. About two weeks prior, he played his final concert in his native Birmingham, England.
Heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne is survived by his wife Sharon and six children from two marriages, including one adopted child.
Kelly, 40, expressed her grief using lyrics from Black Sabbath’s 1972 ballad “Changes”.
Tony Iommi, Black Sabbath guitarist and co-founder, told UK broadcaster ITV that Osbourne was “frustrated” during the band’s farewell concert on July 5. The heavy metal icon died less than three weeks later, on July 22, at age 76.
