A new years-long construction project is set to get underway later this summer near Downtown Las Vegas, with the goal of relieving flooding concerns along Charleston Boulevard east of I-15.

The Junior Achievement Career Center, in partnership with Goodwill of Southern Nevada, officially celebrated the grand opening of its new career center on Friday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
