A Colorado man was arrested in Frisco, Texas, last week in connection with a fire at a Tesla Service Center in Loveland, Colorado. Cooper Jo Frederick, of Fort Collins, Colorado, was arrested March 27 after being indicted by a federal grand jury on one count of possession of an unregistered destructive device and one count of malicious destruction and attempted destruction of property by fire.
