The Golden State Warriors are on the verge of elimination from the 2025 NBA Playoffs. They are clearly missing the services of two-time NBA Most Valuable Player Steph Curry, particularly his offense, as the Dubs have fallen behind in their second-round series against the Minnesota Timberwolves, 3-1.

In nearly 1,000 possessions prior to the playoffs, Golden State had a plus-12.8 net rating when Butler was on the floor without Curry. In those same non-Curry minutes, Butler averaged 24.9 points and 7.6 assists per 75 possessions, with a 63.7 true shooting percentage.

Warriors star Stephen Curry, who is rehabbing a Grade 1 left hamstring strain, does not expect to be available for Game 5 on Wednesday, he told Andscape's Marc J. Spears.
