Chiefs star Xavier Worthy was reportedly arrested Friday night on an assault charge.

Xavier Worthy was released after a district attorney in Texas declined to pursue charges against the Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver following an arrest in which he had been accused of felony domestic violence.

While he originally faced a third-degree felony charge of assault against a family or member of a household that includes impeding breathing or circulation, the Williamson County district attorney has declined to press charges at this time.
