Two Patriots players received a special honor on Friday, as cornerback Christian Gonzalez and special teams ace Brenden Schooler were both named to the 2024 All-Pro team by the Associated Press.

Christian Gonzalez and Brenden Schooler were each named All-Pros by The Associated Press for the 2024 season on Friday. Gonzalez was placed on the second team, receiving 32 total points in the vote. As he received four first-place votes, Gonzalez edged out Browns cornerback Denzel Ward by nine points for the final All-Pro spot.
Patriots special teams ace earns new honor
Voted to the Pro Bowl last week, the special teams ace earned an even more exclusive honor on Friday. Schooler was named an Associated Press First Team All-Pro for the first time in his career. Despite seeing frequent double teams, Schooler finished with nine special teams tackles, a forced fumble, and a blocked punt.
