Momager Kris Jenner is selling one of her most prized pieces of property, one that helped the Kardashians grow into the empire that it is today: the house from the original Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Kris, 69, who is mother to Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie, and Rob, purchased the home with her former spouse, Caitlyn Jenner, for $4 million in 2010—three years after the Kardashians' wildly-popular series debuted.

Kris Jenner is selling the iconic Keeping Up With the Kardashians home in Calabasas, California. The reality TV mom and Kardashian-Jenner matriarch is putting the house on the market for a whopping $13.

Records viewed at PropertyShark.com reveal Kris Jenner and her ex, Caitlyn Jenner, bought the home for $4 million in March 2010. In 2014, during their separation, Caitlyn Jenner transferred ownership of the property to Kris Jenner. They finalized their divorce in 2015 after 24 years of marriage.

Kris Jenner later moved into a new home but Eldorado Meadow Road continued to be used for filming and Jenner’s son Robert Kardashian later lived there. Now, Jenner is ready to sever ties with the home, which is located on more than 5000 square metres of land.

The six-bedroom home in Los Angeles, where the family’s reality TV show was filmed for more than a decade, is being listed for $13.5 million.
