One runway is closed and there's a shortage of air-traffic controllers, causing flights to be delayed on canceled.

A ground delay remained in place on the morning of May 7, the Federal Aviation Administration reported. Departures to the airport were delayed an average of 161 minutes due to, "staffing, also wind and low ceilings forcing operation on a single runway due to construction.
