Definitely my preference budget airline is Wizz air (fly/commute between Warsaw and London every 4-6weekd). I actually prefer airlines that have Airbus planes over Boeing as they have always felt smoother and quieter. And i fly with just a backpack typically so have never had any funny business of told size is not allowed etc

Nope, can only "refund" the inbound flights into Wizz credit, then have to find an obscure link via a few year old trip advisor page to convert that into cash. That was months ago, and STILL have seen the refund.

Apr 5, 2022 · Wizz air i sve niskobudzetne kompanije nemaju prioritet kad se polece, moze da se desi da sedite u avionu dva sata dok cekate poletanje, bez interneta/telefona a keva ti vec bira odelo za sahranu jer se nisi javio. Wizz air ima metalne korpe kod kapije za ukrcavanje u koje mozes da ubacis prtljag da proveris dimenzije.

Mar 9, 2024 · Good to know I am not the only one affected…I had to use a third party, Kiwi, to book the last minute flight I needed from Wizz Air (no other airline offered the best schedule at the time I wanted to fly). Although I flew with no issues from Kiwi or Wizz, this was far from ideal.

My first Wizz Air flight and just noticed the boarding pass reads ‘Smith John’ rather than ‘John Smith’. I have checked everything on the app and I am registered as ‘John Smith’. Take-off in an hour lol :)

Apr 15, 2024 · Regardless of how fit you are, you are pregnant and in case of an emergency, you do not want to be put in a situation where you could be harmed. Emergencies are high stress and you don’t know how a bunch of strangers will react. I’m not sure about Wizz air but at my US airline, we ask if people are qualified, willing, and able to assist.

Aug 2, 2023 · I’ve tried checking in and paying for additional baggage on Wizz’s site and app but it keeps giving me the same message: your bank rejected the payment. I’ve tried two different cards and checked balances for them.

Jul 16, 2023 · Is Wizz Air bad? Yes. Is it worth it anyway if you’re young and have a flexible schedule? Yes. I’ve flown Wizz Air twice? Once to Vienna and once to Abu Dhabi. The Abu Dhabi flight was fine, but it was only an hour flight from where I live. The Vienna flight was an overnight flight (6 hours) and was a 4 on a scale from 1-10.
