Decent amount of rain. I selected Chillicothe based on proximity to a Walmart and Lowe’s. My offer got rejected. How I ended up in this condo.

The engine you linked said could be shipped to the lower 48. Non-Cali ones say "can't be shipped to California." It might not matter, I was just curious.
