RCDSB has launched Project SEARCH — an internationally recognized program helping students with diverse learning needs transition from school to competitive employment. ✨ The impact: Five RCDSB students are the first to benefit from this program, which has a 70-per-cent employment success rate globally. 📍 How it works: Based at Pembroke Regional Hospital, students complete a 10-month workplace immersion with three on-site internships, building real-world skills, confidence and independence. 🤝
