At 95, David Amram Still Makes Music. And Nobody Can Put Him in a Box Jazz, classical, folk, world music — for this composer, categories were never confining. David Amram has just turned 95. He’s still playing gigs — including two sets with his jazz quintet on Tuesday at Dizzy’s Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center.
