Look who was adopted Friday!! Zeus, one of the 27 horses, donkeys and mules we rescued in August/September thanks to so many of you helping, has gone to his new home with Rheana and Dan! Once out of quarantine, mare Takota, will be joining Zeus. (Happy dance!) | The Barnyard Sanctuary

Spring is time of growth and new beginnings...for us April is extra special since we remember the one of the biggest and life changing rescues we've been part of. It was Tony the pig and his friends' heroic escape that lead to many animals having a chance at freedom, including our Lily. Giving these animals a fresh start and showering them with love and a healthy environment fills our hearts in ways we can't describe.
