Huge swells and shore surges are now pushing onto the Queensland coastline thanks to ex tropical cyclone Winston. All beaches are closed on the Gold coast currently, sunshine coast will follow tomorrow as conditions are set to deteriorate. This has been the happiest Seniors Month! 💛 It’s been an absolute pleasure to deliver a seniors-inspired wellbeing series for the Northern Beaches, featuring both Seniors Mat Yoga and Seniors Chair Yoga classes.
