Fun fact: Fenix prances almost perfectly in time to the viral TikTok song Happy Dog. And that’s part of what made him go viral—and earned him the title of the TikTok Happy Dog 🐾💫 What are the chances that his natural prance matched the biggest dog trend of the moment? A million to one?! Either way, it feels pretty miraculous. And we couldn’t be more grateful for all the stars that aligned the day Fenix became part of our family 😭✨ Love, mum and dad Dr Zoë Lumiere Eric Lumiere | Fenix Lumiere

This video wasn’t created with AI. It was created with animal intelligence 🐺 🎠 🐾 It truly is one of the most inspiring miracles — the way Fenix learned to prance… because when he ran, he fell over. So instead of running, he found another way. And now he dances through life. In doing so, he inspires the whole world to spark their own miracles — of joy, adaptation, and overcoming in our own way. Wishing you Christmas Miracles of all kinds, And the Happiest New Year Ever 🎉 Love from the Lumiere

Clouds don’t steal Fenix’ sunshine ☀️ 😁 He brings his Light with him 💡 🤗 We are so glad we learned early on to trust Fenix knew his capabilities better than we do. He has always pushed his limitations and boundaries and kept growing because of it. And he has shown us how to trust ourselves more. How to not hold back but keep growing and expanding past what “normal” might look like. I wanna be Fenix when I grow up 🤞 Love, mum @drzoelumiere #Happydog #prancingdog #dancingdog #cerebellarhypopla

The daily antics of Fenix. While we film a bunch nothing could truly capture this dog. He just has so much character. Different moods. Different moments where he continues to steal our hearts with humor, sweetness and his unbeatable perseverance 😳 I wish we could show you all of Fenix… but he is an enigma. Ever evolving. Ever rising 🐦‍🔥 We love you. Fenix and Zoë 🤗 FYI — Fenix has a neurological disorder called Cerebellar Hypoplasia which affects his coordination and balance. He’s not in any

“This is that breed of dog we’ve seen prancing online!” We’ve heard that at least 100 times from folks running into us in on the street. No. There is NO BREED that prances like this. The way we think that “breeding” can create magical perfect “designer” dogs is so problematic 😳 Fenix prances this way because he has the neurological condition #CerebellarHypoplasia — which affects his coordination and balance. The condition is the result of the cerebellum not forming properly while the pup is gro

Everyone is welcome in our Neuro Superpowers Club. If you haven’t gotten the memo yet — there is no normal. We all have challenges. We are all different. And it’s how we accept, love, embrace, and celebrate what makes us us that turns anything hard into a superpower. When we ran into Ivy for the first time, it felt like Christmas. We had no idea how much we would fall in love with her and her mum, or how touching it would be to see Fenix and Ivy become friends. Their neurological conditions show

I’m crying at my own video. Literally sobbing. Fenix is only 7… he still has so many years ahead—especially since I tell him every single day that he’s going to live until 20, and he always seems to agree with me wholeheartedly. But it’s Fenix’s love, his courage, his pure passion for life that brings me to tears—tears of joy, awe, and overwhelming gratitude. And moments like this remind me… the day will come. That moment is inevitable. And yet, when it does, I know he’ll say: “I did it all. I s

She inspired thousands with her tiny fur body… and now she’s changing the world in her Rainbow awesomeness. 🌈 Ellie crossed the rainbow bridge on September 3rd last year. She was — and still is — Fenix’s sister. And she is my forever 🌈 daughter. She never gave up. And neither did we. Yes, we helped her pass… but that is NOT giving up. She deserved freedom from the pain and fear her neurological conditions caused. Letting her go was the most loving, gut-wrenching act of courage we’ve ever had t

It’s true. No matter what’s going on… the best is yet to come. You humans forget this sometimes. But I see it. I feel it. Life keeps opening in ways you can’t predict — especially when you lead with love. So today… take one more breath, take one more step, and let the next good thing find you. It’s closer than you think. Love, Fenix 🐾💛 FYI — I have a neurological disorder called Cerebellar Hypoplasia which affects my coordination and balance. IF YOU NEED TO HEAR THIS TODAY👇 This world is hard, and can be cruel. It isn’t always kind to those who are different. But our challenges, our differences, our disabilities, our setbacks, our injustices… will help us find MORE L🥰VE AND COURAGE within us. Whatever wants to hold you down, hold you back, or is in your way… IS NO MATCH TO THE LOVE AND COURAGE IN YOU. You’ve just got to do JUST one thing: Keep standing. Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep on keeping on. If you don’t give up, if you d

We don’t do many @cameo videos but we do love doing them — particularly for kids who also have “neuro gifts” like Fenix 🫶 We are going to give 100% of our cameo 💰 to pledge to save dogs risking euthanasia in Los Angeles Shelters! We can’t take new orders until July 15… but are excited to create personal tailored Fenix videos for those who want them!!!!! We love you all so much 🫶 Thanks for being #TeamFenix 🙌 | Fenix Lumiere 'TikTok Happy Dog'

🔍 The Signs Were There... We Just Didn't Know What They Meant ⚠️ Chewing at legs after playtime ⚠️ Stiffness in the morning ⚠️ Less enthusiasm for walks ⚠️ "Quirky" movement patterns Phoenix's prancing looked adorable. But his body was screaming for help 😢 Dogs can't tell us when movement hurts. They just... adapt. And suffer quietly. How long had we been missing the signs? Let’s Save April Together 🙏 April has been used and is so broken from breeding that she’s completely shut down… her stitches busting open from a C-section. She does not deserve to die today at 2pm. And so I will be getting in my car at 9:45am this morning and driving from Ojai to Downey. I’ll be there by 12noon when they open and I would love to have a rescue guiding us through the process by then. But if not I’m prepared to ‘adopt’ her and then foster her until Monday, when @livroyalty can fos

We started massaging him after walks which helped a little but we could tell he needed professional support to help his body deal with the stress that his unusual way of moving puts on him* So we asked you to help fundraise for his therapy and vet bills and you answered with a resounding Yes 🙌 You met our $$$ goal in a couple hours. Then you want on to keep raising $$$$$$ so he’s now covered for support for the e
