We had to go to Murfreesboro today for an oil change on our bus. We were told last week by a wonderful lady on our trip to visit Murfree Spring Wetland if we wanted to see some wildlife the next time we were there. While we waited for the bus we went over and walked through the wetlands and found this incredible adult Yellow Crown Night Heron just sleeping away! We always see the juveniles on Center Hill Lake but never the adults. It let me stand right next to it and it was just a magical moment
