The triple crossover hop test is one of my favourite unilateral power tests. Often used as a return to sport measure following injury, but I love using it as a measure of overall athleticism. Performing this test requires power, strength, change of direction and a high amount of coordination. Last night we took Liv through her quarterly testing and she hit PB’s in every single test. ✅ Vertical Jump ✅ Broad Jump ✅ Triple crossover hop ✅ Box Squat 3RM ✅ Bench Press 3RM Hard work = consistent resul
