India Part 2: Now arrived in Kerala to start the Yoga journey 🧘🏼‍♀️. A beautiful Yoga Shala overlooking the Indian Ocean with eagles 🦅 and exotic birds flying overhead….I think I can hack it 😉 I am looking forward to immersing myself in my own practice which can get neglected when I’m at home and hopefully returning to be the best teacher I can be 🇮🇳🙏🏻 Grateful to be here and thank you to my students & family for waiting for me! | Yoga-Natalie
