Chester IL bridge, 9-29-2025. Here is a tribute to the awesome guys working at pier five led by Joey Wilson and his crew. The last form has come off the pylons, no more going up. Thank you guys for building us this awesome bridge! I'm sure it was emotional when that form came off. I teared up a little bit when I seen the guys high fiving each other.
