The Off White has been our best selling drink for the past two summers. It is an iced shaken espresso with brown sugar syrup and topped up with oat milk. It’s the perfect combination and the process of shaking the espresso with ice gives you a strong coffee flavour. To make it: 1. Fill a shaker with ice, 30g of brown sugar syrup and a double shot espresso 2. Shake for 10-15 seconds 3. Pour the shaken mixture in a glass and top with a little bit of oat milk I prefer to use @oatly for this recipe
