Serves 1: 🍂 3 heaped tbsp self raising (or plain/ all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder) 🍂 2 tbsp Greek or soya yoghurt (plus extra to top) 🍂 1 tbsp raisins or sultanas 🍂 1 tsp cinnamon 1️⃣ Mix everything in a bowl to make a dough ball. If it’s too sticky add more flour 2️⃣ On a floured work surface, use your hands to form a triangular shape with the dough 3️⃣ Spread a little yoghurt on top of the scone 4
