HIGH POINT, N.C.📍: Fight over turkey at a Food Lion ends in shooting, High Point police say. The incident happened at the Food Lion on North Main Street Thursday. Police say the incident began inside the store when a customer argued with an employee over a turkey. Another customer got involved, and the two men began fighting. Police say one man went outside to get a gun, the other later followed and shots were fired toward each other. One of the men was shot in the arm and is in the hospital. T
