This is how I do inside corners. Almost all the contractors in my region uses a double J, but I don’t like the look of it so I started doing this 17 years ago. Why don’t I use inside corners from the manufacturer? Because none of our suppliers stock it as no one uses it around here. With my method, I can utilize all of my scrap shorter pieces of J’s after trimming out windows etc. I also find installation easier as I can just leave the J on one side loose while putting the little pieces in.
